I’m Steven Phyffer, and the driving force behind this app stems from the reality that life abroad isn’t always filled with sunshine and roses. We often experience feelings of loneliness, knowing that this place will never truly be our original home. While we strive to adapt and assimilate into the local culture, this transition can be incredibly challenging. However, by uniting, we can make this journey easier and more bearable. Community and mental health are intertwined and mutually beneficial. Communities provide social support, reduce isolation, and foster growth, while prioritizing mental health promotes overall well-being, resilience, and productivity. It is important to recognize and nurture both aspects to create healthier individuals and stronger communities.
