2.2 Advertisements will be displayed on the designated advertising sections of the Website as agreed upon between the Advertiser and the Website.
3.1 The Advertiser is solely responsible for the content and accuracy of the advertisement.
3.2 Advertisements must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in New Zealand.
3.3 The Website reserves the right to reject or remove any advertisement that violates these Terms and Conditions or is deemed inappropriate.
4.1 The advertising rate on www.movingtonz.co.nz is $150 per month.
4.2 All payments for advertising must be made upfront before the advertisement is displayed on the Website.
4.3 The Website reserves the right to modify advertising rates at any time. Any changes will not affect existing advertisers during their prepaid advertising period.
5.1 Only advertisers on www.movingtonz.co.nz will be permitted to advertise on the affiliated Facebook pages associated with the Website.
5.2 The availability and placement of advertisements on Facebook pages will be at the discretion of the Website.
6.1 Either party may terminate this advertising agreement by providing written notice to the other party.
6.2 In the event of termination, the Website will not refund any prepaid advertising fees for the remaining advertising period.
7.1 The Website will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the advertising services provided.
7.2 The Website does not guarantee the effectiveness, reach or conversion rates of any advertisements.
8.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
8.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
9.1 The Website offers an exclusive advertising opportunity on the banner of the home page.
9.2 The cost of advertising on the home page banner is $200 per month.
9.3 Advertisements on the home page banner are subject to availability and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
9.4 Advertisers interested in placing an advertisement on the home page banner should contact the Website directly to inquire about availability and make arrangements.
